Modified on Wed, 10 May 2023 at 01:50 PM

five(9)s Console was released on Feb 5th, 2021.

Version 4.4 is a full release. We fixed several problems and added a lot of enhancements.

What's new?

New notification center
This feature changes the information handling within the five(9)s Console. Notifications about triggered processes like OSD, SWD and Patch are now persistent in this side panel and cannot be overseen anymore.

Download Statistic last 30 days
Quick Inventory of a managed device is now including download statistics for the last 30 days.
With this feature you can easily check if a device is using preferred server, peer-to-peer or source download to get its data for patchmanagement or software distribution.

PowerShell Remote Code Execution
Extend the functionality of the five(9)s console with the ability to execute PowerShell code on a managed device without remote controlling it. Simply enter your commands and get the clients response to it. Save your favorite code in a library to have quick access to it.

Advanced Patch (additional license needed)
Advanced Patch helps to simplify the process of updating operating systems and applications. With a seemless integration in the five(9)s Console it offers a role-based management for zero-touch patch deployments, definable patch steps (pilot groups), optional approvals and intuitive exclusion rules for different device groups. All changes to teams, groups or exclusion rules are documented to offer transparency to the whole process.

Top features:
  1. Zero-Touch Patchmanagement
  2. Definition of Pilot-Groups via Custom Inventory
  3. Patch-Exclusion-Rules for different device groups
  4. Patchmanagement Dashboard to visualize active patch deployments
  5. Role-based management to delegate responsibilities
  6. Approvals for Patch-Deployments
