Ensure Console talks https to Ivanti EPM API

Since Ivanti EPM 2022 SU5 Ivanti only supports HTTPS connection using the EPM-API.

Therefore it is advisable to use the Console with HTTPS as well.

To ensure the five(9)s Console talk HTTPS to the EPM-API, please validate Console setting "CoreServerPublicBaseUri" if it is set to HTTPS.

1. Open ExpertAdmin Page by browsing https://CoreServerName/five9sConsole/ExpertAdmin.aspx

2. Search for "Base" on top of the side

3. Adjust the setting "CoreServerPublicBaseUri" to https if required

4. Click on "Save" right next to the search button

5. Open IIS and recycle the Application Pool "five9s"
