How to unlock blocked connectivity with Bitdefender managed Clients

Issue:

Customers with the bitdefender AV solution (from Ivanti) reported connection issues with the following functions:

Live Info  => Device is offline

Solution:

In this case, the exclusion of any "LANDESK" Folders on clientside will prevent blocking actions from Bitdefender.
