Live Info / Restart Task failed to load data from C$

It is a prerequisite to enable C$ share on client computer to enable some parts of live info a restart task. Therefor the IIS Application Pool "five(9)s" is required to be running in a context of a service account having this access. In some cases this configuration might get lost after installing a console update.

To fix the issue, please follow these steps:

Step 1: open the IIS

Step 2: Navigate to the application pool five(9)s

Step 3: right click on the application pool - select Advanced Settings
Step 4: navigate to the "Process Model" - "Identity" and change the user to your console service account having appropriate Ivanti EPM  and C$ Share rights.
Step 5: right click on the application pool and select recycle
