Live Info / Restart Task failed to load data from C$

Access to the C$ share on client computers is required for certain parts of the Live Info and legacy Restart Task features. Therefore, the IIS Application Pool five(9)s must run under a service account that has the required permissions to access these shares. In some cases, this configuration may be lost after installing a five(9)s Console update.

To fix the issue, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the IIS

Step 2: Navigate to the Application Pool five(9)s

Step 3: Right click on the Application Pool and select Advanced Settings

Step 4: Navigate to Process Model → Identity and change the user to the service account used by the five(9)s Console, ensuring that it has the required Ivanti EPM and C$ Share permissions.
