The Console support multiple http post parameter to preselect computer or pass a ticket id.
This is useful to implement the console into other systems (e.g. Service Desk Tool) by using links or buttons to open the console and preselected computer directly

This will open the home site and search for computer "Win10Test"loginname
http://coreservername/five9sConsole/Home.aspx?loginname=lisa_simpson
This will open the home site and search for computer with login name "Lisa_Simpson"ticketid
http://coreservername/five9sConsole/Home.aspx?ticketid=1255654
This field is useful if you have the customer reference field aktive and like to do a software distribution. The reference for the ticket id is then prefilled.Was this article helpful?
